ART-PRESS – Accelerating Relations and Training for Public Relations in the Entertainment and Creative Sectors, is a new Erasmus+ initiative aimed at strengthening artistic PR in the film, music and visual arts industries.

OUR PARTNER
The project is developed in collaboration with Morten Bruun. He received his B.A. degree in acting from the University of East London, UK. His works include appearances on stage, Film and TV in Norway and the U.K. As a theatre producer he has managed festival shows in Russia, Poland, Sweden and France with the company Theatre of Cruelty. As initiator and project manager, his collaborations have built networks sharing skills and knowledge with artists, communities and organizations throughout Europe. Morten Bruun is the artistic director of the Art Press workshop in Oslo.
PROJECT GOAL
To equip communication professionals and artist managers with the specialized skills needed to promote independent artists effectively, both locally and internationally.

PROJECT CONTEXT
ART-PRESS is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme (KA210-VET – Small-Scale Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training) and runs from February to November 2025.
The project supports vocational education tailored to the evolving needs of creative professionals.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES
ART-PRESS focuses on three key goals: improving artistic PR skills, fostering cross-border collaboration, and developing digital strategies to support artists and communicators.
Build artistic and PR skills
among communication professionals, with focus on artist branding, media relations, and crisis communication.
Facilitate cross-border learning
between Romania and Norway, sharing best practices in PR for the creative industries.
Develop digital competencies
for online promotion, audience engagement, and virtual event communication.
WHAT'S NEXT?
After successfully completing the Bucharest pilot training, the ART-PRESS team is now preparing the final stage of the project, the dissemination phase. In the coming weeks, we’ll share the outcomes of our work and the tools developed throughout the program with the wider creative community.

Attend an international training session in Norway focused on developing tools and methodologies for artistic PR and communication.

Develop & adapt the curricula
